So, during Palin's watch in Wasilla, she was kind enough to appoint a police chief who felt he would save the Alaskan tax payers by charging rape victims for their own evidence kits. Check the article here for corroboration with the timing of Palin being mayor. I guess McCain really was choosing the best running mate for himself, since he voted against Biden's proposal that all rape kits be free of charge for the victims.
Please explain to me how this is pro-woman? Anyone?

Why Rach, how ungrateful of you! Don't you know that in the 21st century we should be grateful for the mere fact alone that any woman has been chosen as VP candidate! *8) Did you accept my invitation on Facebook for the group Intelligent Women Against Sarah Palin? Am extraordinarily proud that a lot of my 19 year old students and even one of my male friends has joined.
I figure Oz is making progress. Our deputy PM is Julia Gillard and the deputy of the oppostion is Julie Bishop. The progress? When both were announced most Australians blinked, said ok and got on with their lives.
